Terms and Conditions

1. Our Role as Travel Advisor

Envy Travel Experience acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent. We do not own, operate, or control the suppliers that provide the actual travel services (including airlines, hotels, cruises, tour operators, and other vendors). All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. By booking through us, you agree to abide by each supplier’s rules and policies.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• A deposit may be required to secure reservations, with the balance due by the date specified on your invoice.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposits.

3. Payments

• Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, and other approved methods.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
• Supplier/airline/hotel cancellation policies will apply, and fees may vary.
• Agency service fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to supplier rules and may take several weeks.

5. Changes and Modifications

• Any changes to bookings (dates, names, itineraries) may result in additional costs and are subject to supplier approval.
• The agency is not responsible for changes made directly with airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.

6. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements.
• The agency is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
• The traveler is responsible for purchasing insurance unless included in the package.

8. Agency Responsibility

• The agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
• The agency is not responsible for acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of third-party suppliers.
• Liability for services rests solely with the service provider.

9. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
• Clients must follow all rules, regulations, and safety guidelines of suppliers and destinations.

10. Force Majeure

• The agency is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the agency’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
• The agency shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/Country].

13. Acknowledgment

• By booking with Envy Travel Experience, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
